Gardaí are investigating an attempted armed robbery in Dublin last night.
Three men approached an off-licence in Main Street in Tallaght armed with with what appeared to be a handgun.
According to the gardaí nothing was taken from the premises and the three men drove off in a whitevan at 8.40 p.m.
