Three men have been arrested on suspicion of abducting a man from a pub in a Co Antrim village yesterday and assaulting him.
The PSNI said they understood a man was forcibly taken from a bar at Bridge Street in Dunloy at lunchtime.
Following police inquiries the man was later located ten miles away in Ballymoney and taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A PSNI spokeswoman said there had ruled out a sectarian motive for the incident.
