Three men were arrested today in connection with a bomb attack in Co Armagh which injured three children.

The device exploded in a bin in Lurgan while police investigated a warning that another bomb had been left at a
nearby primary school.

The three children, aged between two and 12, suffered minor injuries on August 14th.

Police arrested three men during a search operation in the town today. Items were taken away for examination.

Dissident republicans were blamed for planting the bomb which exploded without warning in Lurgan's North Street.
