Gardaí investigating dissident republican activity and organised crime arrested three people in Dublin today.
Two men and a woman, all aged in their 20s, were taken into custody following a search at a property on Harmonstown Road, Dublin 5.
Three handguns were uncovered during the investigation.
The two men and woman are being detained in Blackrock Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
