British police are questioning three men detained under anti-terrorism laws in South Wales.

British police are questioning three men detained under anti-terrorism laws in South Wales.

"Three men were arrested in Newport by Gwent police yesterday under the Terrorism Act," a police spokeswoman said, adding that the men, all from the southern Welsh city, were held overnight.

She said the police would release more information later.
