CARDIFF - Champion woman golfer Ms Philomena Vaughan (42), who punched fellow club member from his bar stool, has won her case of unfair dismissal against Dewstow golf club, Gwent.

But a Cardiff industrial tribunal dismissed her complaint of sex discrimination in the way, the club handled her allegation that Mr John Price, a businessman, stroked her thigh at a prize giving ceremony.
