A teenager has been seriously injured following a knife attack in west Dublin.
According to gardaí, the 16-year-old youth was injured at a house in Tallaght at 4.40am today.
Officers appealed for witnesses to the Brookview Drive attack, which involved two men who later escaped on foot.
The victim was taken to Tallaght General Hospital where his condition is critical.
Gardai said the scene has been sealed off for a forensic examination.
