1. I recall meting Mr Gilmartin on one occasion only, when he briefed me on his plans for his Bachelor's Walk site.
2. At his request, I then asked a City Councillor, to meet with him to discuss the issue further. They had one brief meeting and no further contact.
3. I have no recollection of any telephone conversation with Mr Gilmartin and equally, therefore, I have no recollection of any conversation with him relating to contributions to the party or Mr Flynn.
