Lahore - A Pakistani man who claimed to have killed 100 boys surrendered to authorities yesterday after nearly a month on the run, officials said.

Javed Iqbal, who was suspected of sodomising his victims before killing them, was taken away by military authorities for interrogation.

Earlier, witnesses saw Iqbal being driven away in a jeep from the building of a newspaper in Lahore, where he had gone to surrender four weeks after police reported what could be Pakistan's worst serial murders.
