CAMBRIDGE - A gypsy was yesterday warned that she faces prosecution and eviction after the European Court of Human Rights ruled that she could not legally stay in her caravan on her own land.

Ms June Buckley(32) had appealed against her council's refusal to grant planning permission for her family to live in three caravans in Willingham.
