Fifteen cases aimed at securing appropriate education and services for autistic and other special-needs children were adjourned in the High Court yesterday.
The 15 are among an estimated 100 such cases before the court. Another 12 cases are listed to be dealt with by Mr Justice Kearns in two weeks.
