Three youths in balaclavas smashed the glass doors of a petrol station in Stillorgan, Co Dublin, with sledgehammers during a robbery early yesterday. The youths drove into the Estate service station, Stillorgan Road, at 4 a.m. in a stolen Volvo car and broke through the glass doors. They ordered the attendant from behind the counter and took about £200 and cigarettes. The raiders escaped in the car.
