Slain garda's son stands for PDs

Mr Finian Fallon, the Progressive Democrats' candidate in Dublin North, has a particular interest in policies to tackle crime. His father, Richard, was a garda who died in the course of duty when he was shot at Arran Quay in 1970. Mr Fallon said he is committed to working with local groups to protect their communities from land rezonings.
