Gardai at Roxboro station, Limerick, said they were "making progress" in their investigations into a shooting at a house in Byrne Avenue, Prospect, at 3 a.m. yesterday.
A shot was fired through the front door but no attempt was made to enter the house. The occupants were stated to be "badly shaken" but nobody was injured.
