Gardaí in Limerick are investigating a shooting at a house in the St Itas Street area of the city last night.
The incident happened at 12.25am when a number of shots were fired. A Garda spokesman said up to eight shots could have been fired.
No one was injured in the attack, but the Garda spokesman said a car parked in the driveway, a front window and the front door of the house were damaged.
Gardaí are looking for two men who were seen running away from the house.
