A Clondalkin man involved in a series of filling station thefts has been jailed for seven years

A Clondalkin man involved in a series of filling station thefts has been jailed for seven years. Stephen Roe (25), of Moorefield Lawns, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to two counts of larceny and one of robbery on dates in 1998 and 1999.

Garda Linehan said Roe was jailed in 1999 for five years for a series of larcenies and robberies. Judge Kieran O'Connor said he would review the seven-year sentence on June 21st.
