A security guard was stabbed in the hand during a robbery in south Belfast this morning.

A security guard was stabbed in the hand during a robbery in south Belfast this morning.

He was delivering a cash box to an ATM on the Upper Malone Road shortly before 8.30am when he was attacked by two men, one of whom was armed with a knife.

The guard was knifed in the hand and the robber snatched the cash box before leaving the scene in a wine-coloured Honda Accord.
