BRITAIN: A second defendant in the Damilola Taylor murder trial walked free from the Old Bailey yesterday

BRITAIN: A second defendant in the Damilola Taylor murder trial walked free from the Old Bailey yesterday. The 15-year-old boy was formally cleared of charges of murder, manslaughter, and assault with intent to rob on the directions of the judge Mr Justice Hooper.

He was the second teenager to be found not guilty of involvement. Two brothers, both aged 16, remain charged with the murder. They deny involvement.
