London - A Scottish couple plan to use the incorporation of the European Convention on Human Rights into British law this week to fight for the right to choose the sex of their baby. Alan and Louise Masterton, from Dundee, intend to use human rights legislation to gain permission for IVF (in vitro fertilisation) treatment to enable them to have a daughter. The couple's three-year-old daughter, Nicole, died last year after a bonfire accident. They have four sons.
