Beijing - Russia is preparing to deliver 38 of its most advanced fighter jets to China, Russian aviation sources said yesterday, adding that the licensed production of 200 other Russian fighters in China was also nearing full operation.
Officials from Russia were in Beijing to seal an estimated $2 billion dollar contract for the advanced Su-30MKK fighters.
