RUC detectives travelled to England to interview two brothers of Arlene Arkinson (15) who went missing from her home in Castlederg, Co Tyrone, two years ago.
A police spokesman yesterday confirmed that officers had gone to Birmingham last week to talk to the men about the investigation into their sister's disappearance.
Meanwhile, Arlene's sister, Ms Kathleen Arkinson, whose home and garden police searched extensively last week, may sue the RUC for alleged harassment. Her partner, Mr Stephen Walsh, who was arrested and released without charge last week, may also take legal action. The couple will hold a press conference later this week.
