Sinn Fein has said the case of a party councillor who was allegedly mistreated by the RUC highlights the need for full reform of the force. Mr Aidan Carlin, a Down district councillor, alleged he had a gun placed to his head by an RUC officer near Seaforde, Co Down, on Saturday night.
