There was sporadic violence last night in Portadown as police and loyalist protestors clashed at the Park Road area. A heavy police presence was visible as groups of loyalists moved between the protest sites. At least one person was injured when police charged a group of protesters trying to block the town centre. The area was still tense at 11.30 p.m.
