Apple Valley - Grown men wept on Saturday as the sounds of Roy Rogers's theme tune, Happy Trails, filled a California desert church at a memorial service for the "king of the cowboys". A hearse later carried the body of the Hollywood singing cowboy, who died last Monday aged 86, around the Roy Rogers museum in nearby Victorville, where his horse, Trigger, is mounted. In a private funeral service, Rogers was buried at sunset.
