A man is recovering in Limerick Regional Hospital after falling into the River Shannon

A man is recovering in Limerick Regional Hospital after falling into the River Shannon. The unnamed man, who is in his 20s, was in a stable condition yesterday after falling about 20 feet from a wall near Sarsfield House at about 2.50 a.m. on Sunday. He was unconscious when rescued by firemen.
