Cycling: Simon Richardson has opened a 10 second advantage heading into tomorrow's penultimate stage of the FBD Insurance Rás after another sterling performance from the Englishman.
Richardson claimed fourth place in today's sixth stage and, with overnight leader David McCann well down the pecking order, heads the Irish duo of Stephen Gallagher (10 seconds) and Ciaran Power (1 minute, 1 second) in the overall standings.
Power, of the Ireland Pezula Racing team, took first place in today's 180km stage from Skibereen to Clonmel.
