The Moriarty tribunal, which last sat on Tuesday, November 7th, is to resume public hearings on Monday.

Witnesses other than the former Taoiseach, Mr Charles Haughey, are expected to be called to give evidence.

An announcement is expected shortly from the chairman, Mr Justice Moriarty, on the tribunal's intentions in relation to the hearing of more evidence from Mr Haughey, who is suffering from prostate cancer.
