LIMA - Peruvian rebel sympathisers, some shouting for revenge, yesterday buried a guerrilla leader who was killed in the Japanese embassy siege. But the whereabouts of the bodies of the 13 other captors was still a mystery.

"Long live the MRTA. There will be vengeance!" shouted mourners at the funeral late on Thursday of rebel Rolly Rojas, second in command in the 18 week siege at the Japanese ambassador's home, which was ended by military action.
