A policy on the prevention of bullying, sexual harassment and harassment in Iarnrod Eireann was announced by the Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, at Connolly Station, Dublin, yesterday.
Ms O'Rourke said this was a "very important initiative, bearing in mind that Iarnrod Eireann is such a male-dominated company". Of the 5,500 employees, fewer than 800 are women.
