Police in Northern Ireland are continuing to investigate a tiger kidnapping which occurred yesterday morning.
A gang of masked men entered the home of a family in the Andersonstown Road area of west Belfast.
They instructed the woman to remove money from her workplace in a retail premises in the Park Centre off the Donegall Road in the city while her husband and daughter were held captive by the gang.
None of the victims are thought to have been injured during the ordeal but are said to be badly shaken.
The woman’s car was later found abandoned in the Beechview Park area of the city.
PSNI detectives are appealing for information and witnesses. They are especially interested in hearing from anyone who may have noticed a grey coloured Fiat Punto in the Ballymurphy area early yesterday morning.
