Police investigating a number of suspicious devices found in west Belfast this morning have declared them hoaxes.

Police investigating a number of suspicious devices found in west Belfast this morning have declared them hoaxes.

Bomb-disposal experts carried out two controlled explosions on the devices, which were found taped to lamp-posts in the Ardkeen Avenue area of Poleglass.

The immediate area surrounding Ardkeen Avenue and Ardkeen Drive had been sealed off, but the all-clear has been given and residents allowed back into their houses.
