The Police Service of Northern Ireland is investigating an alleged assualt on a teenager in north Belfast.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland is investigating an alleged assualt on a teenager in north Belfast.

A 17-year-old girl was approached by a man who dragged her into an alleyway in the Ardoyne Avenue area at around 3am and allegedly assaulted her.

The PSNI described the suspect as 25, 5ft 7in to 5ft 8in and of medium build. He had short, dark hair and was wearing a red t-shirt.
