Police in Magherafelt have arrested five men in connection with a serious assault on two men in County Derry last night.
The men were attacked by a group of men wielding baseball bats and iron bars at Leckagh Drive between 1.30am -2.30am.
The PSNI in Magherafelt say they have not ruled out a sectarian motive for the attack and have appealed to the public for information.
