Nairobi - Hundreds of demonstrators marched through the streets of the Kenyan capital yesterday protesting over the murder of a controversial US priest.

The protesters, mainly students, marched to the parliament and to police headquarters denouncing last week's murder of Father John Kaiser as being politically motivated. Father Kaiser, a critic of several senior cabinet ministers, was found dead near the town of Naivasha, 80 km north-west of Nairobi, on Thursday.
