Some 500 protesters demanding the immediate execution of three militants on death row over the 2002 blasts on Indonesia's Bali island broke into a jail today where the inmates had been incarcerated until they were moved the previous day, witnesses said.

Shouting "kill, kill", the protesters broke down the front gates of the prison. A number of other convicted Bali bombers are still in the jail. Citing security concerns, authorities moved the three on death row to a prison island off Java yesterday.
