Brussels - The Austrian Chancellor, Mr Wolfgang Schⁿssel, on a visit to Brussels, has expressed discontent that eight smaller EU member states were kept out of the European mini-summit in London last Sunday.
"We are equal members, and if we want to act as Europe it is absolutely necessary (that) we should use the format of the (EU) institutions and not find individual formats," he said.
