An application for an inquiry into the legality of the detention of prisoner and protected witness Russell Warren in Arbour Hill prison was withdrawn at the High Court yesterday.
The hearing had been listed to take place in Green Street Courthouse. Initially, Mr Justice Kelly was asked for an adjournment but the judge was later told by counsel for Warren that the application was being withdrawn.
