London - The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, yesterday announced a new scholarship, commemorating murdered black youth Stephen Lawrence, in a bid to increase the number of architects from ethnic minorities.
In the inaugural Stephen Lawrence Memorial Lecture, the prince also pleaded for "an architecture of the heart" and renewed his attack on "ugly" modern buildings.
