A postmortem will be carried out today on the body of a man who died in a Co Derry house.
The man, who died in Magherafelt, has been named as William Guy (47). He is understood to have been found in a residential property above commercial premises at Rainey Street in the town centre.
The PSNI are questioning a 22-year-old man over his death.
The street remained sealed off yesterday while forensic experts carried out a detailed examination - apparently focusing on the pavement outside a furniture store.
