The action being taken by the Competition Authority against the Irish Road Haulage Association and others to prevent the blockading of ports and highways has been adjourned by the High Court. Undertakings given by hauliers not to blockade the ports are to continue. The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, said the case should be entered in the next list and the parties should get a trial date for sometime next term.
