The Rev Ian Paisley said yesterday the Democratic Unionist Party would undertake a fundamental review of its policy of opposition to the Good Friday agreement in light of political developments in the North at the weekend. He would not say, however, whether his party would be participating in a restored political Assembly and Executive.
Speaking at the weekly meeting of the DUP Assembly Party in Banbridge, Co Down, Dr Paisley said the review was necessary because of the radical change which had now taken place in the political process.
