CAPE TOWNS - A protester aligned to a militant anti drug Muslim movement was killed in clashes with police at one of South Africa's top tourist attractions yesterday, witnesses and hospital staff reported.
"One person was dead on arrival and we're treating four people with minor injuries," an official from Cape Town's Somerset Hospital said. Many more were hurt in clashes at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, including a woman who was shot in the neck.
