Police in the North are investigating what they believe was an arson attack on a house in Co Down last night.
The fire, which broke out at around midnight at the house at Kinnegar Rocks, Donaghadee,damaged the kitchen and a conservatory.
A woman, her daughter and two year-old granddaughter managed to escape the blaze after they were alerted by the smoke alarm.
The child was taken to hospital, where she is being treated for smoke inhalation.
