CHEJU ISLAND - Japanese Prime Minister, Mr Ryutaro Hashimoto, apologised yesterday "from the bottom of my heart" for the enslavement of South Korean women forced to serve as prostitutes for the Japanese army during the second World War. Mr Hashimoto was speaking after talks with South Korea's President Kim Young sam on this resort island.
