A HARMONICA project has been developed - this stands for: Harmonised Access and Retrieval for Music Orientated Network Information Concerted Action, while JUKEBOX is concerned with the development of sound archives. Another project is devoted to developing computerised access to notation in music libraries - CANTATA, while other research is developing new forms of multimedia. Other projects concerned folk culture, and a multimedia reference source on great composers - GREATCOM - has also been compiled.
