Esat Digifone Ltd has agreed to dismantle an 80-ft mast erected in Co Cavan and to remove ancillary mobile phone and radio equipment, the High Court was told yesterday.
A consent order was handed to Mr Justice Quirke on behalf of Cavan County Council and Esat Digifone.
The order restrains Esat Digifone from erecting, maintaining or using replacement mast or apparatus at Bindoo, Cootehill, except in accordance with planning permission.
Cavan County Council had objected to the works carried out by Esat Digifone.
