A challenge to the upholding of planning permission for new student accommodation at Trinity Hall, Dartry Road, Dublin, was dismissed by the High Court yesterday. Mr Justice McKechnie rejected an application to quash the decision of An Bord Pleanala upholding the permission. The application was made by a local resident and company director, Mr James Kenny of Temple Road, Dublin, a member of Dartry and District Preservation Association.
