A Tallaght pensioner who pleaded guilty to 91 sample charges of indecently assaulting his four daughters over a 20year period has been jailed for three years by the Central Criminal Court.
Mr Justice Carney said while the 72-year-old man's victims might not understand the length of the sentence, he had to work within the limitations set out in law which gives a maximum of five years for crimes of the nature.
