Korea - South Korean President Kim Dae-Jung said in an interview released yesterday he would oppose any peace treaty between North Korea and the US that excluded his country.
The Nobel Peace Prize winner said any treaty to formally end the 1950-53 Korean War that was not signed by the two rival states would be "meaningless."
