The PSNI has sealed off part of a rural area in Co Antrim following an overnight explosion.

The PSNI has sealed off part of a rural area in Co Antrim following an overnight explosion.

The explosion happened at the junction of Reahill Road and Cullyburn Road in Ballyclare at 10.15 last night. There were no injuries, and no damage was caused.

The area has been closed to traffic as police investigate.

Police have appealed to anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area to contact them.
